Hi all,

How can I avoid people to send open application emails using our personio email address. 

This creates unasisgned emails in our recruitment tab. How can we “block” this?

Hi ​@radarlove, 

as long as people know the personio mail address they will be able to send messages there. 

The Personia Mail Address works as your Inbox for Personio. So even if you are using your own corporate mail address to send and receive mails you need the Personio Recruiting Mail Address to be able to receive mails in Personio. See also our helpcenter article on that.
The best way to prevent customers writing to the email address would be always to forward them to the application form to use.

      Why is that many, almost all the emails come form this domain: @firemail.de

      Any idea?

      Hi ​@radarlove, 

      unfortunately I have no idea. I checked Firemail and it seems to be one of many free mail providers. It may be that these applications are SPAM which unfortunately cannot be prevented always to a 100%. 

      But this is just an assumption. 

      I hope that in the future you will receive only useful and wanted incoming messages :-)
