Is it possible to quickly track the average tenure across all employees in Personio? (Instead of manually calculating this based on employee data for each person.)

with the custom report, you are able to easily create a report that includes the tenure in years.
Easily navigate to Reports > Custom Reports and create a new report with following (or more) information:
After the report is created, you can easily download the table and add a formula for average at the end of the tenure column.
