Hi, I’m trying to build a custom report and can’t see options for a couple of features that should really exist to make reports functional within Personio itself, so wanted to ask here whether the features do in fact exist (before I suggest the ideas!).
Firstly, as far as I can tell, there is no option to add an ‘OR’ condition in the custom reports section. Can someone confirm? Is there anywhere where I can add this condition in? In the screenshot, I would like to see a list of every active employee in the New Business & Subscriber Growth team only, however this is showing 0 as there are 0 people in both of these departments. This limits how I can use the custom reports function within Personio substantially. I use a workaround by just not filtering the department at all and exporting it all to Excel (filtering it when it’s in Excel), but for quite simple data pulls (eg. absences across a time period in specific teams) this is very time consuming. There may be a way with Beta builder that I’ve not explored to it’s full potential, but am I missing something in custom reports?
Secondly, is there any way to filter when using ‘custom reports’ rather than the Beta builder? It feels like quite a similar issue to my previous one, as if the ‘AND/OR’ functionality existed then there’d be no need to filter (as the specific departments would be the only ones in the report), but I think this would be a really useful functionality to keep users in Personio itself, rather than having to export to Excel for simple things like filtering.
