I would like to make a custom report for the upcoming days of probation end, but the old probation period end dates showes also up. Is there a way that only the future ends of the probation periods show up?

I’ve tested this out in my demo account and I can confirm that this is a current product limitation. Even if a Timeframe for this year is selected and one of your employees has the probation end date in 2022, he/she will still appear in the Custom report along with the date.
I was thinking about a different workaround but I could not find any. For this reason I would suggest you to post this suggestion of improvement in our ideation area. 
This way, other users will be able to vote for it and the suggestion will be shared with our product team.
