Status Condition in a Report

Hi!

When creating a report, with the classical builder, is there an option to select in the Set Up Conditions, both Active and Onboarding employees?

When I select them, like the picture below, and click save, there is no data showing up in the report. I would like to have both types of employees, not that one excludes the other.

Thanks a lot!

Hi @LidiaR,

We have one of our reports set up like this and it works fine:

What I’ve experienced in the past though is that sometimes the type of report needs to be changed for data to be shown. Try i.e. with a timeframe:

Hi Lidia,

The way you have set up your report is causing the issue, as an employee can’t be both ‘active’ and ‘inactive’ and unfortunately the conditions on the classic builder don’t allow you to set up and/or options.

In this case, you would want to exclude the options that you don’t want, using ‘not equal’ rather than equalling the ones you do want.

Hope this helps!

Thanks @People Person, I haven’t thought it like this, but makes total sense.

Best,
