As the year comes to an end, my to-do list keeps growing! We've only started using Personio this year and are now facing a little challenge. Last year, we gave our hardworking helpers at the North Pole a Christmas gift to show appreciation for their amazing work. This year, we've decided to go a step further and pay a one-time Christmas bonus.
