Hi everyone,

We are currently preparing for the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive and would like to hear how other companies are approaching this in Personio.

  • How are you structuring and handling pay transparency in the system?

  • Which data points / reports from Personio do you find most useful to support compliance (e.g. job categories, compensation elements, gender-related reporting)?

  • For those of you operating as global companies with multiple legal entities – some within the EU and some outside – how are you dealing with these differences in practice?

Any insights, best practices, or lessons learned would be highly appreciated!
