Dear Community,

as I am struggling a bit with this topic I decided I should ask - if it hasn’t been mentioned yet.

Is it possible to change the details of an accrual policy - while still having the people be assigned to it. This is a huge workload since everytime I want or need to change something in an accrual policy - I need to remove it from all relevant EE’s profiles; then do the changes and then distribute it again to the same people.

Do you have any advice for me, or is this one for the feedback/suggestion box?

Happy to hear back!

Hey,

This is a massive pain for me too!

The best solution I have found is creating a new policy, then using the filter on the ‘people list’ to reassign all the people on the old policy to the new one, you can then delete the old policy if you wish.

Hope this helps!

Hey there Zoe,

and thanks - I am also using the same solution.

However, I always need to include the inactive users - and this is just a huge pain .. it could also happen that the policy was mistakenly assigned to someone and if you have an organization with 500 users, you need to then search them one by one… I really hope there is a solution on the way about this!

Thanks again though & happy Monday!
