Accidental Absence Deletion

I accidentally deleted the whole "Paid Vacation" from the absence setting, which means that all recorded absence requests and approval are deleted.

 

Will it be possible to restore the data from Personio?

Dear @HRbianca,

First, I wanted to give you a warm welcome to the Personio Community 🎉.

Unfortunately, deleted information from your Personio account cannot be restored. Before you can erase the absence type, the system warns you and asks you to confirm this step, in order to avoid unwanted deletions:

If you happen to share absence information with an integration partner, they might have a copy of the absence periods from your account.
