Adjust Absence Balance though the API

this is a very understandable request. Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment as it would require a PATCH API endpoint. In our Developer Hub, you can check all endpoints we have for absences:

So the feature you are looking for is something we currently do not provide. You can search for a post in our ideation area and to vote for it, in case another user has shared this suggestion for improvement. In case you don’t find any idea that describes your need, you can always post a new idea:
