Hi Personio Community :)

Is it possible for supervisors to approve only Overtime, and regular working hours (40 hours per week) will keep approving automatically?

If not, is there any other way supervisors can approve their team's accumulated Overtime?

Thank you!

Hi @KasiaT. 👋🏼,

Sure thing, happy to answer.

Approvers can only confirm all attendances from other employees. It is not possible to only approve overtime.

You can take a look at the idea and vote for it if you feel it describes what you need. Otherwise, you can post an idea yourself describing what your exact need would be.

In case haven’t done so yet: it would be lovely if you could take two minutes to say Hi and introduce yourself here: it’s a great way to get started in the Community & meet other HR Professionals!

Thank you very much in advance for your feedback 🤗.

I wish you an amazing day 🌸.
