Is there a way to add specific holiday days to all employees at once?
My company requires employees to take the days between Christmas and New Year off, and it might be helpful for an accurate overview of holiday days to automatically block this in the employees absence calendar.

Thank you very much for sharing your question with the community, I am happy to support you with this topic.
In order to block an absence period for all of your employees, you can upload an absence period either for the Absence type you have created for paid vacation, or for a new Absence type.
If the upload is undertaken for the vacation Absence type, then the entitlement of your employees will be reduced. If this is not intended, then you can create a new Absence type for example Company holidays and upload the period for all of your employees.
👉🏼 Don’t forget to grant Access rights to your employees, if you decide to create a new Absence type.
