Description of the need:
- When person gets sick during the day and needs to leave the work…
- It would be helpful to have a possibility to create work type which would be e.g. partial day sick leave (we had this in our old HR system)
- Selecting this would fill the current day up till your expected hours with this partial day sick leave.
Example:
- I am expected to work 7,5 hours
- After working for 3 hours I feel sick and need to leave home to rest
- I mark at this point partial day sick leave
- It would automatically fill up missing 4,5 hours with that work type
Question:
- Is there possibility to do such work type and if how in Personio?
- If there is not direct possibility to do such , what would be the closest solution?
