Can anyone tell me how to make sure my Absence types show in our Mobile App?

As mentioned in our helpcenter guide on The Personio App: Basic Functions, only daily absences are available within the app. Therefore the reason why you may not be able to see other absences is because they are most likely hourly absences.
We are working towards upgrading our app to ensure that hourly absences are on parity with daily absences, however I would kindly ask that you present this feedback to our Product Team via the Ideation Area.
