We would like to create a workflow to remind us 2 months before an employee is returning from parental (or other longer) leave. I couldn’t find any option in Workflows on how to build this.
Could someone help me?

Hello Edda,
If you’re using the absence module within Personio here is what you could do :
Set up the type of absence you need.
1. You need to start by choosing : “Relative to a date” when creating a workflow.
- Then, Select Date attribute “ Absence end date”
- Don’t forget to add a condition, specifying the absence type.
If you are not using the absences, then I don’t know if it’s possible ..
