Reduced working time for summer months

Dear Community,

 

do we have a solution in Personio to set-up reduced working hours for a specific period? (In Spain our employees have to work less during the summer months...)

Hi @LegoMD,

In this case you have the option to change the Work Schedule for the period the employee has reduced hours.

You can do this by going to the relevant profile > Attendance tab > 3 dots on the right corner > Work schedules details:
