Hi all,

Up until recently we really liked the possibility to type /personio in any Slack conversation and a window to request an absence directly from there was amazing.

Now I checked it and it doesn’t work. It says

/personio is not a valid command. In Slack, all messages that start with the "/" character are interpreted as commands.

Has anything changed from your side recently on this?

Best regards,

Vesna

Hi @vesna_hr,

while I don’t have an answer for you, we also have some Personio - Slack Integration issues and are not getting notifications from Personio Conversations on Slack anymore.

Might be an overall integration issue? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi @SabbuSchreiber

thank you very much for commenting, this information helps too.

I will have a meet with Milan from Personio's Product Development on Monday. I will put this question on the agenda as well.

Will post an update here.

Sounds great, many thanks @vesna_hr! 😃

Hi @SabbuSchreiber

While @Milan was super helpful when it comes to my question regarding review cycles, unfortunately this one belongs to another team.

He will reach out to them and hopefully we will have some feedback soon.

Enjoy your evening,

Vesna
