Showing name of Calendar events by default (instead of being shown as "busy")

A second question, the  calendar invites come up in other people’s calendars as “busy” to everyone else by default. As we are a transparent company we don’t lie people to have “busy” times in their calendars especially for interviews as it makes it difficult to know what each other are doing. Can we change this so they are automatically public and thus don’t get shown as “busy”?

Cheers,

Hi @gsmatthews95,

As you mentioned, Personio sets the meeting to the Calendar as “busy” by default. This is a necessary setting due to data privacy regulations.

However, it should be possible to change this default configuration in your own company calendar’s settings. I recommend to talk to your internal calendar administrator. I know that other customers have done this, too. I hope that helps!

Let me know if you managed to solve this.
Cheers,
Lena
