Hello Personio Community,

My name is JuanM and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and extend a warm welcome to each and every one of you. As the Head of Customer Engagement, I lead and oversee our amazing Community Management and Customer Events teams. My focus is to ensure that this space thrives as a hub of vibrant discussions, shared ideas, meaningful connections, and exciting events.

First and foremost, I'm here to listen, engage, and learn alongside all of you. Your insights and perspectives are what make this community truly special, and I'm excited to see the great things that will unfold as we continue to share and learn from each other.

So, whether you're a seasoned contributor or just joining us for the first time, I encourage you to dive into conversations, share your thoughts, and be a positive driving force. This is your platform, and your voice is important. Hey all!

I’m a Technology Partnership Manager at Make, the visual no-code workflow automation tool. Personio is one of the Key Technology Partnerships that I’m responsible for. We’ve only recently launched the integration with Personio and already we’re seeing great things being achieved!

I work remotely from home in a sleepy little village in rural Bedfordshire - think cows, sheep, thatched cottages and pubs and you’ve got the picture (I can see the pub from my office window). Central London is around two hours away.

Hit me up if you have any questions about the Personio and Make combination. You’ll find me lurking mainly in the Integrations & Workflows category and answering questions there!

Hi everyone! 😊 I'm Sandra, a Senior People Ops Specialist at Superside. I joined Superside in 2021, and I'm currently working remotely from Nigeria.

One of my favorite features in Personio is the on/offboarding workflows, which have been a lifesaver in helping me stay organized and on top of pending tasks. 

Apart from work, I enjoy watching movies and doing anything that brings out my inner child (e.g trampolines). Looking forward to connecting with all of you, learning, and sharing ideas!

Hey community, 🤗

I'm Lou and I work for the e-learing platform Masterplan.com. We have an office in Berlin and in Düsseldorf. I live in Cologne and work remotely or from our Düsseldorf office. 🏢

I’m a People Partner at Masterplan since June 2023 and in addition to my administrative tasks such as contract matters, payroll and the like, my focus is also company affiliation. So I plan regular team events, take care of office management or support the planning of workshops. 💪🏼

I've only been working with Personio since June and have joined the community to learn more about the software so that I can use it to its full potential. I'm looking forward to exchanging ideas. 🤓

Hi there! 

Good to see that many great people here! I am Juan, People Manager of Conren Tramway, a growing real state company who actually promote and develope really nice office buildings! I am based in Barcelona (yes! I know i am lucky!) and I am launching Personio to my fellow colleagues in few weeks hoping the tool help me to focus on more added value topics! I am interested in all HR related topics, as I have become an HR generalist and i am actually alone in my role here, so everything will be in use sooner or later! :) And… something fun… COVID lock downs made me learn how to read tarot… it is a great thing to self-reflection and monopolize the afternoons with friends!

Hey all! 

My name is Luc, HR Assistant at i3D.net. We are a low latency performance hosting company mainly focused on the games industry. We’re located in Rotterdam, Netherlands. I’ve been with the company a little over 2 years and we’ve been working with a very oldschool HR tool called AFAS. We’ve grown a lot over the last few years and we were getting more and more frustrated with the system we were using and the manual handlings we had to do. 

The HR team was just me and the HR manager in the beginning but we’ve grown and gotten a slightly bigger team now, we do everything HR related ourselves with some help from our mother company Ubisoft. Hopefully Personio wil become our ‘one-stop-shop’! We’re mainly looking to automate a LOT of our workflows, looking forward to working with Personio and having interesting conversations and discussions in the community! 

Any tips with the implementation are welcome as I’ve just kickstarted that :)

Hello everyone! 👋🏼😊

My name is Nayara, I'm 23 years old, and I live in Ingolstadt, a city close to Munich. Currently, I'm in the final stages of my Bachelor's degree in "International Management," which I'm also studying in Ingolstadt.

About a month ago, I joined Personio and I'm thrilled to now support the Customer Events team as a working student, alongside @JuanM , @Tamara , @Laura W , and @Laura Weihrich. 💪🏼

To help you get to know me a bit better, here are some interesting facts about myself:

  • Traveling is my passion, and I enjoy exploring different cultures and countries. ✈️🌏
  • During high school, I spent a year abroad in Canada 🇨🇦, specifically on Vancouver Island in the beautiful city of Victoria, where I was living with a host family and attended a Canadian high school. I absolutely fell in love with the country and its people 😍.
  • Reading is another great passion of mine, but just as much, I love buying books. That’s why about half of my books are still unread on the shelf, oops! 🙈🫠

I'm really looking forward to getting to know all of you and collaborating with you to create and enjoy our community events together. 🥳
