Hello, everyone!

So, I’ve got something exciting to share with you all today. 🤩

We have noticed that some members of our community have been particularly helpful to fellow customers. Specifically, they’re answering questions about using Personio that are making the daily grind of HR just a little bit easier. 💪

So, we wanted to recognise these folks as part of a new group and a shiny new badge!

Introducing…the Problem Solvers Council! ✨

PSC members will be receiving a special Problem Solver badge and will be added to a private community group. Here, we’ll be chatting about how to help as many fellow customers as possible and making this community the best it can be. As a Problem Solver, you’ll be playing a leading role in building this community as one of our resident Personio experts!

Additionally, members will be getting early access to user research opportunities (and maybe even a hackathon or two). 🔥

So, let’s meet our first two members of the PSC:

Zoe (@People Person) and Nathan (@Nathan Jolly) ! 🥳 👏🏾

Zoe and Nathan have both been instrumental in building a culture of peer support in this community. They, along with other community members, have invested their time regularly to help fellow customers and represent the supportive place this community is becoming!

Speaking of other community members, if you’ve been on a bit of a hot streak lately with Best Answers, keep an eye out for a badge of your own. We’ll be awarding it, and PSC membership, to community members who have at least 10 Best Answers since they signed up. 👀

-Moe and your Personio Voyager Community Team

Thanks Moe!

I’ve loved helping out members of the community and problem solving together, looking forward to more joining the council! :D

Love this!

@HRJoy is quickly approaching PSC territory 👀

@People Person I am just looking forward to constantly referring to “the council” 😂

Congats @People Person and @Nathan Jolly

Where are you both based?

Be great to have one or both of you at one of the in person community events in Cambridge?!

This is a great opportunity for interested community members to collaborate with us and build the future of this place! With the amount of experience found here, we have a lot to look forward to as we continue creating a community that helps HR professionals increase their knowledge and connect with other pros.

Very excited to see the PSC continue to grow. 👏

@JHBEM

I am based in the south west so could potentially join in an event in Cambridge!

Hello everyone,

Very honored to be part of the council ! Can’t wait to unleash our creativity in our first meeting ! Thanks @Moe !

@JHBEM I’m based in South Africa ! Not quite close to Cambridge, but let me know about the date, we never know I could be around in Europe.

Cheers,

Nathan
