Dear Community,

Does anyone happen to know how long the audit trail for a signed document is available in the system on the overview page for electronic signatures?

Many thanks for your replies :-)

Hi @LegoMD and @People Person ,

I stumbled upon this request by chance and would love to add an information. :)

It is true that signature requests stay “open” for 30 days, after that they will go in state “expired”. But:

Once a document is fully signed and thus in state “signed”, the according Audit Trail will stay permanently in product (the signature overview page). You should be able to access Audit Trails from documents signed years ago. Of course only, if the according document hasn’t been deleted in the meantime.

I hope that this helps. :)

Best

Michael
