Hi,I have a question regarding employee status in Personio.Is it possible to convert an existing employee into a Member of the Board, so that: the person remains visible in Personio (for documentation / organizational purposes), but is not considered an active employee (no payroll, no time off, no operational access)? Ideally, we would like to keep this person in the system as a Board Member without affecting headcount, reporting, or HR processes.If this is possible: what would be the recommended setup (e.g. custom employee status, role, or contract type)? are there any limitations we should be aware of? I have a question regarding employee status in Personio.

Is it possible to convert an existing employee into a Member of the Board, so that:

the person remains visible in Personio (for documentation / organizational purposes),
but is not considered an active employee (no payroll, no time off, no operational access)?

Ideally, we would like to keep this person in the system as a Board Member without affecting headcount, reporting, or HR processes.

If this is possible:

what would be the recommended setup (e.g. custom employee status, role, or contract type)?
are there any limitations we should be aware of?
