Tomorrow is the day! Personio's biggest HR event, HUG, is making its way to the capital of Germany! At the 📍 Wilhelm Studios in Berlin, you can expect exciting and inspiring discussions, practical tips and opportunities for personal exchange. Our Community team has prepared something very special for you too! You can look forward to creative opportunities to network with other HR professionals and have lots of fun in the process!

 

Please note: The following content is for those who participated in HUG Berlin and the Networking Bingo.


As a HUG Berlin participant, you’ll have the opportunity to join a Networking Bingo on-site. You’ll find plenty of Bingo flyers spread around the venue - grab one and take on the challenge!

 

👾 Here’s How You Can Participate in the Bingo

  1. Complete 5 activities in a row (horizontal, vertical, diagonal) and tick of the boxes
  2. Bingo? Great! Write your name & business email address at the top of the flyer.  
  3. Then hand in the flyer in the collection box at the Personio stand 


As a sneak peek, you'll find the Bingo flyers under "Show content" (available on-site in both German and English). Start thinking about how you'll best tackle the tasks.

The winner will be selected at random from all submissions within two weeks after the competition ends and announced by username in the comment section! Additionally, they will be contacted via private message through the Personio Community. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize as soon as possible, but no later than three weeks after receiving the notification of winning.

What an incredible event 🙂 it was such a great experience, packed with insightful conversations and practical takeaways.
 

I loved the talks and workshops, especially the one which was focused on AI and finding a competitive edge really stood out; the idea of creating real value by doing things differently is always something interesting to hear about.

The diversity talks were also inspiring, showing how different perspectives and inclusive leadership can make a real difference in the workplace. I’ve taken a lot of notes and still reflecting and sharing them in different communities :)
