We are using the Personio API (mainly /employee and /time-off) and are seeing increased HTTP 50x (500, 503) errors, compared to about 1y ago when we started using the API.
Is there anything that could be done on our (client) side or your (server) side to lower the error rate?

In this case, I would suggest you to create a support request via The in-product Help area.
They will be able to assist you further a dig deeply with this particular problem as they would be able to check your account and therefore your API 🕵️
