Automatic mail to candidates after 6 months

Liebe DACH-Community, 

wir möchten Kandidaten, die wir im Pool behalten möchten, nach 6 Monaten eine automatische E-Mail schicken mit der Frage, ob wir deren Daten weiterhin speichern dürfen.
Ist es möglich, die Kandidaten für den Versand einer solchen Mail einzeln zu markieren? 
Oder ist es möglich, eine solche Mailvorlage zu verwenden und diese bestimmten Kandidaten (Poolkandidaten) zuzuordnen?

Dear DACH community, 

We would like to send candidates that we would like to keep in the pool an automatic e-mail after 6 months asking whether we may continue to store their data.
Is it possible to mark the candidates individually for sending such an e-mail? 
Or is it possible to use such a mail template and assign it to specific candidates (pool candidates)?

Hi Nico,

Unfortunately we don’t have this option. You do have the option to go within the talent pool select in bulk what candidates you would like to send a certain email.

You can do this by going to the talent pool > Applications > select the relevant candidates > Actions > Send email.

I’ve looked for similar ideas in our ideation area , but couldn’t find one yet.
