Hi all,
Is is possible to set up notifications to appear whenever there’s a change in an employee profile?
For example whenever we enter a termination date in an employee profile, to have a notification email sent to an offboarding group.
This is outside, of course, of offboarding templates and such.

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment on Personio and therefore I would kindly ask that you submit this feedback as a feature insight to our Ideation Area. When an employee is terminated and a task assigned to an Offboarding group, they will receive an email notification for this, however there is no way to set it up outside of this based on the termination date being entered alone.
