Hello,

since just now we're experiencing issues with the sync Personio → Okta. All fields are syncing correctly for the last year, but since today we see that the field "Manager” has the following value:

PlainAttribute(key=preferred_name, value=*managerName*)

The original value was just the manager name itself. What has changed on the Personio side since yesterday? Please note that nothing was changed on the Okta side, and the profile sync only happens from Personio (user profile source) to Okta.

Update; at the end of the day (around 5:30 pm) all the user started syncing again with the correct Manager value. This means that around that timeframe (we've seen syncs take up to 1 hour to start) something was corrected. Any idea what this was?


Hi ​@DennisGroenen ! It’s possible this was a bug that was worked on/ resolved. I’ll see if I can get some more information from my colleagues.
