Workflow for celebrating Birthdays

Hey, everyone!

I have a question about automating birthday celebration processes. We have a draft birthday celebration email, and we only change the name in the email before sending it to the relevant employee.

I remember that in Personio, we could select a date relative to the birthday and send an email to the employee. However, I cannot find it when I try to look for it.

Do you know of any other solutions? Is there a way to automate birthday celebrations via Personio?

I just checked as well but can’t seem to find it neither. I would have said this is a workflow we could create but birthday is unfortunately not (yet) a date that can be added as a trigger.

    I did the exact same check as ​@SabbuSchreiber after reading your question ​@berat can  - and had the same thought when I realised it wasn’t a workflow trigger. Birthday date should definitely be a workflow trigger, this would be super useful! 

    I’m going to provide this suggestion as Feedback in the hope that if it’s not in the roadmap it will soon be added.

      Not yet unfortunately. I know they’re working on improving things but not sure about the timeline for this.
