Hello - we would like to cancel our Personio subscription before it renews in June of this year. 

 

How can we do this? We want to keep using it until the end of June (period that we paid for it).

We at Richtig Cool GmbH have the same problem ​@Moe  can you help us too?  The contact person who helped us with onboarding is no longer available, and for over a month now, the only response we have received via the integrated cancellation function is that the request is being processed. Does anyone have similar experiences. Thanks in advance!
