Employees with "Leave" status don't appear for all users because they need specific permissions to see them. By default, employees can only see profiles with "Active" status.
To allow employees to see colleagues on leave in the org chart, you need to grant them viewing rights to the section containing the Status attribute.
Here's how to fix this:
1. Go to Settings > People > Employee Roles
2. Select the relevant employee role
3. Click the Permissions tab
4. Grant viewing rights to the section that has the Status attribute
The org chart actually shows all employees regardless of status, but users need proper permissions to see them. You can also use the Status filter to display only employees with specific statuses like "Leave."
