Hi! Is it possible that manager and employee use the same performance evaluation template when the cycle is lauched following an order? E.G
- Employee receives the template and completes with self assesment
- Employee submits self assessment to manager
- Manager completes the template submited by the employee
- Manager and employee have a meeting to discuss and acknowledge on goals accomlishment capturing the final results and comments in the original performance template
I am just trying to adpt the tool to our performance philosophy
