I am struggling with proper usage of Performance & Dev App.
Why some manager´s feedbacks are reported as “Discarded”? Can we go back to them or see them somewhere? (photo below) I would really need to function properly.

Why the employees do not see feedback from their supervisors in personio, instead can see only self-review, although Visibility on continuous feedback is set as “always shown” - bellow photo

Is the feedback part of a cycle? And in which case, it could be set ‘not to be shared’, but only submitted. Hence, the Supervisor only submitted it, and not shared.
On the other question - are you able to re-post a photo without personal information? Thanks!
