what happens in personio once a cycle is closed? we tested this back in November last year but so many things have changed I am not sure if this too changed

Hi @Tamara Casasa,

If you close a Cycle and the review was not submitted the employees wouldn’t be able to submit the Review anymore if they still haven’t done it.

Hi, 

Is it possible for managers and employees to still make changes in the performance cycle, even if the deadline of the cycle has passed? And is this possible until we close the cycle?

Hi @Willemijn Leijs,

If the due date has past the employees can still submit there reviews, only if the Cycle is closed they wouldn’t be able to make changes anymore.
