Hi there,

I am rolling out the performance feature in Personio but when I want to set up a meeting I am not able to add a template. I get the message “nothing to display”.  The templates are available as documents but I can’t add them to the meeting invitation.  Any ideas what I may be doing wrong?

Thanks!

Linda

Hi Linda,

When you create a Performance Meeting you can attach only Feedback previously created (already filled and submitted) under the Performance Tab (Employee Profile). If there are no feedback created yet you will see the message “nothing to display”.

In this case there is one feedback already submitted so they will be listed in the meetings page:

A limitation that we currently have is attaching to performance meetings the Reviews created from a Performance Cycle, but it is something that we are aware, it’s tracked in our roadmap and should be tackled beginning of 2023.

Let me know if that answers your question, Linda! Happy to support with any further question :)
