Thank you for reaching out to the community with your question! You have the option of making use of the document “Probation feedback” but you have also the possibility of creating your own document depending on your company needs. This you can do by going to in Settings > Performance & Development > Form templates > Create a new form.



After that you can create a Cycle and select the employees of whom the Manager should fill in a Probation feedback. Performance & Development > Cycles.

 


After that you can for example choose Manager review, supervisors get to write up a detailed feedback.

Thank you for reaching out to the community with your question! You are free to choose what is the best solution for your business needs. You have the option between creating a Cycle review or a Continuous Review feedback. A Cycle is handy when you have multiple employees having their probation on the same date. If you would like to not use a Cycle Review, a Continuous feedback is also an option.

Performance & Development > Feedback > Give Feedback.




In case you would like to use for the Continuous Feedback a template from the Settings, please make sure to enable this Form in:

Settings > Performance & Development > Form template > Enable this template for continuous feedback > Save.
