Export maken van wettelijk- en bovenwettelijk verlof

Hi allemaal,

Alvast bedankt!

Groetjes, Adrienne

Hi @AdrienneHR

At the moment, it isn’t possible to distinguish between statutory and non‑statutory entitlement in reports. Reports only show the total entitlement for a time off type, without breaking it down by entitlement group.

I can understand that since you set up different entitlement groups, that you also want to report on them.

I would encourage you to send this feedback through the new ‘Give feedback’ feature directly in your Personio account. Submissions will be forwarded directly to the relevant product teams. You can find more information in this community post.

If there is an update in this area, you will be informed under Support > in the What’s New Page or via an in-app notification.

Have a lovely day!

Katharina

Dear Katharina,

Thank you for your reply.

The other day I was thinking of another solution: Is there a way to export the balance including its expiration dates? This might solve the issue, as the statutory leave always expires by July, and the non-statutory leave by January.

I would love to hear from you!

Hi @AdrienneHR

With today’s functionality, you can see the breakdown per entitlement group in the employee’s time‑off balance view, but there is no dedicated report yet that aggregates statutory vs non‑statutory entitlement and their expiring carryovers across all employees.

As far as I know, reporting on these differences is only possible via exports and manual analysis. So you’d have to use the employee time off page to see what is expiring next (statutory vs non‑statutory) for selected employees. Here an example from a time off type in days - but the display for hourly time off types is the same:

Dedicated reporting on multiple entitlement groups (including expiring entitlement) is planned as a product improvement but is not yet available.

I’m sorry I do not have better news yet!

Best,

Katharina

Hi Katharina,

Thanks again for your answer!

Just to understand completely, do you mean that this: ‘As far as I know, reporting on these differences is only possible via exports and manual analysis’ can only be done on an individual level at the moment? The display you showed is indeed how I've solved this issue last month. I went through these displays one by one for every individual employee. I really do hope that this information can be exported soon, as going through these things per employee will be a monthly activity for me from now on.

Again: Thank you for your thorough replies thus far, even though there seems to be no solution just yet.

Best,
Adrienne

Hi @AdrienneHR,

Yes, you understood correctly. I can absolutely understand that this is currently a lot manual effort.

If you have not done this so far: Please make sure to submit your feedback via Personio (via the “Give feedback” feature). That way it’s directly forwarded to the respective product team and they can access the info for prioritization.

Best,

Katharina
