I am looking for a solution where you can send automated replies in the recruiting process based on the location of the applicant or based on the job posting. We created several email templates and now want to either send the English reply or the German reply. Is there any solution for that?

thanks for sharing your question with the Community!
There is no automatic selection between an English or German template depending on the location.
What you can do is to name email templates with the specific country code to better find the correct template (E.g. EN - Invitation to interview).
If you have a suggestion on that which you want to share with the Community and our Product-Team, you can create an idea on that in the Ideation area.
