Would it be possible to create a workflow where managers can raise a request for a specific role/position? This workflow would need to follow an approval process before reaching the recruitment team to initiate the hiring process.
Let me know your thoughts.

Currently it does not exist in Personio.
It really something that we need to have in the workflow section.
I created a workaround workflow with the Approval, but it’s not great at all in terms of UX.
I created a section, in their Personal profile, only accessible to Managers. They have propose rights, and when the change occurs, it triggers the custom Approval workflows and ask for HR and Finance ( in our case) to approve the change.
The experience is quite poor, and we had to select an external tool to make it better.
It really something that would be a game changer for many users, as you’ve seen in the previous thread !
