Change of "active" to "Onboarding" status and how it effects Reporting

Hi,
I accidentally set a wrong hire date for a future employee which is in the past so they appeared as “active” at one point in time. Now I changed it and the person appears as “Onboarding”, but when I do my reports - it includes this person as they were Active in the past.
How can I resolve that? Has anybody had experience with this?

Thank you in advance

Hey @sibilareev2024

It will likely be due to the point in time the report is being pulled. As at that point in time they were active.

The only way I could think is to modify the application date of the change to active by:

  • Going into their profile
  • Selecting the history tab
  • Finding the change to active
  • Editing the application date to their actual hire date

However, the system does limit the application date changes at times, so this may not work, it would be a case of checking to find out.

Otherwise, you would need to look at your reporting.

I hope this helps!
