I have created a custom report    to show the employee salaries as per 31.12.2022. The report is not loading inspite various attempts and I am getting the following message:

Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this?

I was wondering if you have tried to clear the cache and cookies in your browser, even trying in another browser or incognito window. That would help the Custom report to load but in case you don’t get it, I’d suggest to submit a support ticket as this would require to check specific data on your account. Through a support ticket, we will be able to log in into your account, check the settings together with you, and also verify if the topic might involve a system error.
