We would like to run a monthly report that tells us the number of interviews carried out, with the possibility of filtering by person, by department, by position or category

Unfortunately at the moment, there is no functionality on Personio that would allow for a report to be pulled based on the number of interviews carried out. However, I think this is a great idea for a future improvement to Personio, so I would kindly ask that you share this into our Ideation Area.
The Recruiting System Reports we offer at the moment are Applications, Channels, Application Funnel, Disqualified Applications & Hiring Speed.
