Can't add all absences to the Payroll Tabs

Dear Community,
 For the Payroll report, I would need to include all the absences. Unfortunately, I can’t select them from the list, as many of them are missing.

@Personio Admin, could you please take a look at it?

Welcome to the Personio Community, we are very happy to see you here 🥳.

Normally, you should be able to add all daily absence types configured in the Settings > Work Hours and Absences > Absences to your payroll. Is it possible that you are not able to select hourly absence types? If this is the case, this is because this kind of Absence types are not yet available for the payroll functionality. 

You can export the information of this kind of absences through a Custom report and share it with your payroll administrator: 

Reports > Custom Reports
