Define a period for salary periods

Hi, I would like to enter two different salaries based on an employment contract for marginal employment and a hour-based payment (from 01.04.2022-31.01.2023) and an employment contract with starting date 01.02.2023 with a fixed salary. How is this possible in the salary section in Personio?

Hi @Lena Malies,

For the two different salaries that you would like to assign starting the 01.04.2022 are they both hour-based?

For the salary that you would like to assign starting 01.02.2023 you can make this by going to the relevant Employee profile > Salary tab > Base Salary: Manage > Add salary:

For the salary that you would like to assign starting 01.02.2023 you can make this by going to the relevant Employee profile > Salary tab > Base Salary: Manage > Add salary:

Hi Sofia,

 

thanks for your reply. I realized an issue with a wrong starting date of the employee and a blocked salary time-period before the starting date. Not it all worked out and I could set a time frame for the time she was paid on an hourly basis and then got a new employment contract with a fixed salary.
