I have a question regarding the Compliance section in the Personio Payroll. I noticed that we don’t receive any notification when a request of an A1 application gets approved or rejected. Do you know if it is possible to set it up somehow and get notified about the outcome?

At the moment, it’s unfortunately not possible to receive automated notifications when an A1 application is approved or rejected.
We understand how helpful such a feature would be, and we’d encourage you to submit this idea via our Feedback function in Personio under Help & Feedback > Share product feedback. That way, it reaches our Product Team directly and can be considered for future improvements :)
