Hi Personioers!

I have a few jobs that are going to be replacements for current employees. I only want to get them active in Personio and not posted to our connected careers page/ auto-posted to our connected job boards. Ideally, it would be great to have them posted with only a link I can share with candidates I want to apply/ get into the process. ChatGTP had suggested creating a new corp entity and/ or unchecking the option to post to our careers page/ boards but I dont have those options (I tried the new entity option with no success, maybe I did I it wrong ;)) Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Thank you in advance for any help!

Tommy

Edit - I also tried to keep it in draft status where can preview it on the careers page a get to the application but can’t apply.

Hi @thouran

happy to see that there are already some suggestions for your issue.
But unfortunately deactivating a career page won’t do the trick here.

At the moment a position needs to be published on the career page in order to be available via link. It is not possible to exclude some from being shown while being reachable via link.

I know that this is not ideal for internal hiring and I am happy to forward this as feedback for future improvements.

Some customers found a nice workaround in my opinion. The use the Announcements widget in Personio for internal job ads. This can be a place to add a job description and ask the people to apply e.g. via Mail-Contact. So the position is visible to all of your employees but no one else.

I hope this can be of any help and I wish you a nice day!

Best

Roman

Hi @thouran

If you have admin access you should have the ability to untick the ‘Enable Personio career page’ under Settings - Recruiting - Career Page. I have never had to do this, as all our jobs are advertised internally and externally. If you disable the Career Page option, you should be able to add a link under ‘Career Page Settings’ on the same tab.

Thank you for the feedback! Using that option won tit take down the other roles as well?

@thouran  good point - I don’t know what would happen with current open roles in that case. If you have a company intranet it must be the best place to advertise if it’s internal only. Sorry I can’t be of more help!

No worries, thanks again. It’s for a replacement and we don’t want to publicize it.

Dear @thouran ,
I wanted to check in with you to see if you still need support with this topic?
If that’s the case, please let me know and I’ll get a colleague to assist you here.
