I am making use of the option to set different work schedules for our part-timers that have different bi-weekly schedules. One of our employees wants to change the schedule effective in the middle of a certain month i.e. February. I tried setting up the new bi-weekly schedule, but since the week with 17 Feb is an even week (I would expect this to be mirrored in week 2) on the schedule. Is this not the case? Cause so far I was under the impression that week 1 refers to odd weeks, and week 2 to even weeks? Or does it go week 1 since the effective date?
Let me know if you have an idea. Such a complex message i left.
