Can anyone share how they have set up the Danish Maternity / Parental leave setting in Personio.
It is a maximum of 32 weeks shared between parents. Is there any way to set up the upper limit amount somewhere in the set up ? i.e so someone cannot request for more weeks unknowingly ?

We haven’t specified it in our setup, but as I see it you could potentially set it up to require a certificate after the 32 weeks, in which case the employee and supervisor gets notified of the amount being outside standard bounds?

I am happy to share that our product team has improved the functionality and you can now define the length of maternity leave individually. This is particularly important for most international companies.
