Dear all,

when I am setting vacation approval rules, what is the difference between “Mitarberter in Roll- Vorgesetzte” and “Führungskraft”. Are they the same person?

Hi WenGu,

Could it be that “Mitarbeiter in Rolle - Vorgesetzte” is a role you created yourself at some time?
For us it’s just supervisor (Führungskraft) who needs to approve. Just remember to double check who you assigned these roles to and if that’s how you want to process to go.
