Different schedules on even or uneven weeks

We have a number of colleagues who have a contract for 36 hours a week, but work 40 hours a week in the even week and 32 hours a week in the uneven week. We also have this for 28 hours a week (24 hours in an uneven week, 32 hours in an even week). Now I have to manually set a new schedule every week and that really doesn't work well. Is there a solution? With another software that we use, we can check the box with 'even and uneven weeks deviate' and thus set the distinction. How do other companies do this?

On the moment, there is no automatic way in Personio to set a new schedule every week. We have shared a couple of solutions for this topic in the following thread:
