Hi folks!
As someone who lives in the UK, I had a concern to get your take on. I’m feeling like Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) is facing a surprising backlash in the UK. I’m fortunate enough to not have this concern within Personio, but I’ve heard some disheartening stories from my friends at other companies in the country.
As such, I wanted to ask:
- Am I overreacting and the backlash is in fact not that severe?
- If I’m not overreacting, what can I do as an individual to sort of “fight back” against this?
I’m not even sure there’s any “fighting back” to speak of. I’m just sort of saddened by it and not sure what to do 😔
